DNS Services
Network Uptime
We guarantee our network will be available 99.86% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Customers are entitled to a refund equal to 5% of the monthly fee per 30 minutes of downtime, not to exceed the their total monthly hosting cost. Network uptime includes functioning of all network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling. Network downtime exists when a particular customer is unable to transmit and receive data and records such failure in the AccuFind Support System. Network downtime is measured from the time the trouble ticket is opened to the time the server is once again able to transmit and receive data.
Back ups
*Backups are performed on a regular basis on all dedicated server packages. Backups include all data, with the exception of log files. AccuFind will not guarantee the completeness of backups, due to conditions that can exist to interrupt individual file access.
File restoration is charged 100.00 per hour, with a minimum of one hour.
Server Network Monitoring
**All servers include 24/7 monitoring of standard services, which include WWW, SMTP and FTP.Our technical staff will be notified in case of failure, 24 hours a day. We will attempt to reboot your server to solve the problem and if supplied, will contact someone within your organization in the event of a problem.
Higher levels of data transfer limits are available in 10GB increments for $60 per month. Bandwidth is only sold in 10GB increments or higher and is not prorated in any manner.
DNS Services
DNS is provided at no charge for dedicated server clients. This does not include any interaction with the INTERNIC or any other Registrar or any work involved with domain transfer or modification. It includes only configuration changes made to our name server. This service is not provided for virtual hosting.
Technical Support
While the installation of any and all software, and applications is the sole responsibility of you, the customer, AccuFind Technical Consultants are available to assist you with technical support issues.
A standard consulting fee of $100/hour with a minimum of ½ hour applies. Problem resolution on all incidents are typically achieved within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
