Webmail offers you the ability to change your email password using the interface provided, you can also use the TAMS control Panel to update passwords, if you are having a problem doing this please contact our support staff at 1-888-932-3371

If you have had AccuFind establish a database on one of our MySql servers, you would have already received a username and password for the database connection. This is the same information used to access your database in the PHPMyAdmin area.

How do I show gridlines when I use CFFILE to write to an MSExcel file?
CFFile will allow you to read, write, upload and do other file management functions. So although you can create a file, the function of displaying gridlines would not be with CFFile.
My suggestion would be to download a tag called CF_Grid Pro, this has all the functionality that you need to handle the task you are working on.
If it is determined that my initial site is down, how long does it take to redirect my site traffic to my mirror site?
Restoration of any service is usually a matter of minutes. In many cases the service is restarted automatically, and other require a human touch.
How often is my initial site checked for its status? Is it constant or periodic?
AccuFind monitors all services everey 5 minutes, including HTTP, SMTP, FTP, among others. In the event that a problem does exist, the administrators and technicians are notified via pager and email.
When I upload a database, where is it located and can I download it from ftp?
When uploading or modifying a database, it is best to use TAMS, if available. TAMS will route the database to the proper location within your webspace and handle any locking problems caused by Coldfusion. The database is usually in the root of your website.

AccuFind creates a cgi-bin directory with each website that is setup. One of the scripts that resides within this directory is a script called sitemail.pl. This can be utilized to send mail from a for to a specific recipient.

Yes it is possible to forward email to multiple addresses. You will need the help of the AccuFind support team to accomplish this. Send a support message with the main and subaccounts to our support area and someone will take care of it as soon as possible.
How do I set up an FTP account for one of my clients for their domain only on my Accu-find Virtual server? I went to FTP accounts in the members section but that just took me to a log in screen and that took me back to the screen I was at before.
You must sign into TAMS and follow the link for ftp accounts. You will be prompted for the username and password and you must remember to select the domain name, before submitting the form. The account will be setup within 5 minutes. If you have a problem with this feature, please contact the AccuFind support staff and we will help you.
how do I have two domains poiting to the same space? (.co.uk + .com)
to request Multiple domain names, you must first us TAMS to request the names by clicking on Add/Remove Services and completing the request form. Once the names are setup, please send a message to our support staff support@accufind.com and instruct them on where you would like them to point. They will take care of it for you.
